Bu uygulama nedir?

tWB, Tinkon Group'un kurum içi WhatsApp Business müşteri mesajlaşma panelidir. Herkese açık bir uygulama değildir; yalnızca şirket tarafından hesap verilen çalışanlar giriş yapabilir. Uygulama, wb.tinkon.com adresindeki paneli gösteren bir kabuktur.

Hangi veriler işlenir?

Müşteri verileri (çalışanın gördüğü içerik)

• Ad ve telefon numarası — WhatsApp üzerinden yazan müşterinin kimliği,
• Yazışmanın tamamı — gelen ve giden mesajlar, ekip içi notlar,
• Paylaşılan dosyalar — fotoğraf, video, ses kaydı, belge,
• varsa çalışanın gönderdiği konum.

Bu veriler müşteri desteği amacıyla, müşterinin WhatsApp üzerinden bize yazmasıyla oluşur. Reklam veya profilleme için kullanılmaz, üçüncü taraflara satılmaz.

Çalışan verileri

• Hesap bilgisi (ad, kurumsal e-posta, rol) — oturum ve yetki için,
• İşlem kaydı (hangi mesajı kim gönderdi, hangi sohbet kime atandı) — kurumsal denetim için,
• Bildirim için cihaz jetonu (Apple Push Notification service) ve seçtiğiniz bildirim sesi.

Cihaz izinleri — ne zaman ve neden

• Mikrofon: yalnız siz mikrofon düğmesine bastığınızda, müşteriye göndermek üzere sesli mesaj kaydetmek için. Kayıt, siz "Gönder" demeden gönderilmez; göndermeden önce dinleyebilir ve silebilirsiniz. Arka planda dinleme yapılmaz.
• Kamera ve Fotoğraflar: müşteriye göndereceğiniz fotoğraf/videoyu çekmek veya galeriden seçmek için; ayrıca müşteriden gelen medyayı Fotoğraflar'a kaydetmek için. Galeriniz taranmaz, yalnız seçtiğiniz dosya okunur.
• Konum: yalnız siz "Konum gönder" dediğinizde, o anki konumunuzu müşteriye göndermek için alınır. Gönderim öncesi koordinat ekranda gösterilir ve onayınız istenir. Konum arka planda izlenmez, geçmişi tutulmaz.
• Bildirimler: yeni müşteri mesajı ve size atanan sohbetler için.

Veriler nerede tutulur, kimler görür?

Veriler Tinkon Group'un kendi sunucusunda (Türkiye) tutulur. Bir çalışan yalnız kendisine erişim verilen işletmenin sohbetlerini görebilir. WhatsApp mesajları, servis sağlayıcımız cm.com üzerinden WhatsApp (Meta) altyapısıyla iletilir; bu iletim WhatsApp'ın kendi koşullarına tabidir.

Uygulamanın kendisi cihazınızda kalıcı müşteri verisi biriktirmez; içerik sunucudan gelir ve oturum kapandığında erişilemez olur.

Ne kadar süre saklanır?

Yazışmalar, müşteri desteği geçmişi ve kurumsal denetim amacıyla saklanır; ihtiyaç kalmadığında silinir. Silme talepleri için aşağıdaki adrese yazabilirsiniz.

What this app is

tWB is Tinkon Group's internal WhatsApp Business customer messaging console. It is not a consumer app; only employees with a company account can sign in. The app is a shell around the web console at wb.tinkon.com.

Data processed

Customer data (content the employee sees)

• Name and phone number of the customer writing over WhatsApp,
• Full conversation — inbound and outbound messages, internal team notes,
• Shared files — photos, video, voice messages, documents,
• a location if an employee sends one.

This data exists because the customer contacted us over WhatsApp, and is used for customer support only. It is not used for advertising or profiling and is never sold.

Employee data

• Account details (name, work e-mail, role) for sign-in and permissions,
• Audit records (who sent which message, who a chat was assigned to),
• A device token (Apple Push Notification service) and your chosen notification sound.

Device permissions — when and why

• Microphone: only while you hold the record button, to record a voice message for the customer. Nothing is sent until you press Send; you can listen and delete first. There is no background listening.
• Camera and Photos: to capture or pick media you send to the customer, and to save incoming media to Photos. Your library is not scanned; only the file you pick is read.
• Location: read only when you tap "Send location". The coordinates are shown and you must confirm before sending. Location is never tracked in the background and no history is kept.
• Notifications: for new customer messages and chats assigned to you.

Where data lives, who can see it

Data is stored on Tinkon Group's own server (Türkiye). An employee can only see conversations of the business they were granted access to. WhatsApp messages are delivered through our provider cm.com over WhatsApp (Meta) infrastructure and that delivery is subject to WhatsApp's own terms.

The app does not accumulate persistent customer data on your device; content comes from the server and becomes inaccessible once the session ends.

Retention

Conversations are retained for support history and corporate audit, and deleted when no longer needed. For deletion requests, write to the address below.
